Individualized Care Plans
Our professional caregiving team is attentive to each new resident's needs as they create an individualized care plan to help them comfortably and confidently adjust to their new home. At all times, we take extra care to promote the continued emotional, intellectual, and spiritual growth of residents while supporting their daily needs in a way that fosters dignity, independence, and connection.
Priceless Peace of Mind
The health and wellness of long-term care residents is supported by an on-site medical director, as well as physicians, geriatricians, and nurse practitioners. Additionally, when needed, on-site rehabilitation services are available that include physical, speech, and occupational therapies.
For added peace of mind, through our sophisticated telemedicine system, we are able to give our residents immediate access to an experienced, board-certified geriatric physician should an emergent condition arise after normal working hours. When a condition is not life-threatening, this technology enables many residents to receive treatment in the comfort of their own room rather than cope with the stress and disruption of a hospital visit.
